Probation Violation Dismissed

We recently helped a client charged with violating his probation. This was a serious situation because if convicted, he would be responsible for his original 15 year prison sentence. We reviewed the facts, and it became clear that the violation was based on a miscommunication about where he was permitted to work and whether he could drive as part of his employment. Not wanting our client returned to prison for such a minor violation, we fought for our client and advocated for his ability to earn a living. Prior to the final hearing, attorney Metcalf negotiated to have the probation violation dismissed.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
