When a Deposition Goes Wrong

Sometimes things go wrong. Something that should be easy goes sideways on you. Something as easy as a deposition, which is supposed to be an easy, out-of-court way to figure out what a person has to say before you actually go to trial. Usually depositions are boring. Sometimes they spiral out of control.
